Story
This narrative mainly changes based on whether you select Pokemon Control or Freedom (some modifications haven't been made and still need to be made). In the narrative, you must thwart Team Blood's goals, capture hundreds of entirely unique and local Pokemon, win the Pokemon League (which only extends to the sixth gym), and eventually capture the legendary Pokemon.

This is actually the final update before the major change, which will occur the following year. The revision includes:
