Pokemon R.O.W.E is an attempt to create an open-world Pokemon Emerald with QoL changes and a high replay value, with diverse team building as the primary goal
We will play Pokemon R.O.W.E by rioluwott! It’s a GBA Hack ROM and based on Pokemon Emerald. It’s the same as Pokemon Emerald but it’s an open-world game.
Your starter is Gen 1 to Gen 3 starter, More starting place for you choose. Pokedex is re-design and beautiful and more… It’s just beta 1 now. And now, Let’s play!

-Removed the use of the dexnav on the route 113 and jagged pass(again)
-Cynderance and its pre evolutions now have protean
-Flying type now should be hit by Ground type moves on inverse mode
-Removed the grunts that used to guard the entrances for groudon and kyogre and instead sealed the entrance until you beat the elite four to avoid missunderstandings
-Eviolite now prevents evolving like an everstone
-Fixed the issues with the egg moves on the tutor showing a maximum number of 10 egg moves per mon
-Added an NPC that sells you the item used to raise a Pokemon Ivs on the Pokemon League Pokemon Center
Known Bugs
Castform form change has no sprite for some reason
-Some graphical errors may happen after a mega evolved pokemon faints
-Evolution for the regional variants of some pokemon are not listed in the pokedex
-Some Gen 7/8 Moves/Abilities wont work as intended or wont work at all¿
-The Dexnav may display abilities incorrectly when finding an evolved form of the mon you are searching
The Bugs marked by a * were already fixed in my end and will be part of the next update
FAQ:
-Where do i get [Evolution Item]?
You can buy all the evolution stones when you get six badges on Lilycove Department on the Second floor
-Why does [Gen 4+] pokemon does not learn [Gen 3 exclusive] TM?
Im still thinking a way to add the new TMs without breaking anything so i haven´t edited the Learnsets for that reason
